I am fascinated with health and fitness. I’m a huge fan of pilates (especially Blogilates) and running outdoors, and I do it 5-6 days a week! I believe in focusing on becoming toned, fit, and healthy, and not just weight loss. Food-wise, I try to eliminate as many processed foods as possible, and only drink either water or coffee. I have A LOT of food allergies, so I don’t eat any dairy, eggs, or tree nuts! My goals include having toned and strong muscles, controlling my blood sugar, eliminating my eczema, and educating the world on balancing health and happiness!
